📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports and statements to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses.,Build and maintain strong relationships with auditors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
