🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant telemarketing tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
