As an Assistant Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to customers,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas,Assist the Barista in managing the coffee shop during peak hours,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment,Ensure that all food and beverage safety regulations are followed,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience,Assist in training new staff members,Participate in team meetings and follow all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions,Friendly and professional demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
