📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement operational improvements.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Domino's or other food service companies is a plus.
