Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in operations.,Lead and supervise operational teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the Operational Manager to develop and implement training programs for operational staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management to drive continuous improvement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
