Manage and optimize our social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos.,Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels.,Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Assist in the creation of social media advertising campaigns.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
