📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of drivers and support staff.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and efficient working condition.,Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly routes.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and performance.,Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Knowledge of route planning and navigation software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with company policies and procedures.,Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
