📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
