Plus Place Sentosa is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of all company policies and procedures,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure they are up to date,Oversee fuel and oil purchases and ensure they are within budget,Handle vehicle insurance and registration renewals,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents,Generate and maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related field,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair,Understanding of fuel and oil management,Experience with vehicle insurance and registration processes,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with relevant software and tools is a plus
