📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative workplace solutions using tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for workplace innovation and growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of workplace strategies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in workplace innovation, attending industry conferences and participating in professional development activities.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in all aspects of workplace operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in workplace strategy, innovation, or a similar role within the technology or consulting industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing workplace initiatives, driving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, and their impact on the workplace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Certification in workplace innovation, digital transformation, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
