📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the cafe,Manage and develop the team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure quality,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management,Lead and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry,Strong understanding of operational and financial management,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
