📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of digital health solutions, including electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, and health analytics tools.
• Oversee the integration of healthcare technology with existing systems to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for digital health initiatives, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technological challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital health solutions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events to showcase our digital health capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare technology, with a strong background in digital health solutions.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in the healthcare sector.
• Certifications in healthcare technology, such as Certified Healthcare Information and Management Systems Professional (CHIMSP) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).
• Experience with healthcare software and platforms, including Epic, Cerner, and Allscripts.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
