Sehati Fajar Sembako is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to manage and coordinate our fleet operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our vehicles, maintaining records, and coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain fleet vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify any issues that may require attention.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Handle communication with external vendors and service providers.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
