📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to users on IT systems and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems and remote access tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.
