📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Assist the head pastry chef in creating new menu items and improving existing recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a pastry chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Passion for creating delicious pastries and desserts.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
