As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of a team that ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop accurate cost estimates, monitor project progress, and manage budgets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects using software like Autodesk Navisworks and Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders, including cost analyses and progress updates.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in quantity surveying.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
• Provide administrative support to the quantity surveying team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Autodesk Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid RII or equivalent certification in quantity surveying (preferred).
• Experience with international projects in Asia is a plus.
