📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of mobile applications from conception to deployment.,Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.,Work closely with product managers to prioritize features and enhancements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a focus on iOS or Android.,Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.,Experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android.,Proven ability to lead and mentor other developers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
