📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct workflow analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
• Measure and analyze the impact of process improvements using data analytics tools
• Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for employees
• Support the development of performance metrics and KPIs for operational processes
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to the development of best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques and methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
