📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Teach and mentor chess players of all levels, from beginners to advanced players.,Develop and implement personalized training programs to help players improve their skills.,Conduct chess tournaments and events to provide players with opportunities to compete and gain experience.,Educate players about the rules and strategies of chess, and help them understand the game's history and culture.,Provide feedback and guidance to players on their performance, both in games and in training sessions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest chess trends, theories, and technologies, and incorporate them into your coaching.,Build and maintain relationships with players, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive coaching environment.,Participate in team meetings and other professional development activities to enhance your coaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,A minimum of 2 years of experience as a chess coach or instructor, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and tactics, and the ability to teach and explain these concepts effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with players of all ages and skill levels.,Familiarity with chess software, such as chess engines and databases, and the ability to use them to analyze games and provide feedback.,A passion for chess and a commitment to helping others learn and improve their skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage time effectively to meet coaching and administrative responsibilities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
