📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.
• Coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient fleet utilization and adherence to schedules.
• Monitoring fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Providing regular reports on fleet status and performance.
• Assisting in the procurement and disposal of vehicles as needed.
• Managing vehicle insurance and registration documents.
• Collaborating with the logistics team to optimize fleet routes and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
