📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical resources.,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams through documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown or other lightweight markup languages.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
