📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, including product knowledge and customer needs assessment.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash and inventory, and providing excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and financial transactions.,Promote our products and services to customers, both in-store and through marketing efforts.,Assist in stock management and ensure that the store is well-organized and appealing to customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.,Proven ability to handle cash and manage inventory.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
