📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process for various roles within the organization.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions, job specifications, and job postings.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Evaluate candidates and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of local and international recruitment practices and trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
