We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with MNC and Yellow Book standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety protocols and best practices.,Investigate and document accidents and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.,Ensure all safety equipment and personal protective gear (PPE) are properly maintained and used.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety into project planning and execution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.,Promote a strong safety culture on the construction site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site safety supervision, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification in safety management (e.g., SHEQ, OHSAS, or other relevant certifications).,Strong knowledge of MNC and Yellow Book safety standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of personnel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining safety programs.,Familiarity with safety software and tools is a plus.
