📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, both local and international.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends in the electrical products industry.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Provide product knowledge and support to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the electrical products industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
